Leaves of Grass is a very Southern kind of film, not only because it is mostly set in Oklahoma, but also because Tim Blake Nelson brings some home grown charm to it in a way that only someone who grew up in this area could. This is not necessarily a bad thing, and I have to get really wrapped up in it, but some of the plot points and characters were weak.
